Why Klean Freaks University Exists

In 2017, I launched Klean Freaks University to solve the problems I kept seeing over and over again — not just in my own business, but across the industry.

Owners didn’t need more motivation.
They needed better decisions.

KFU was built around:

  • Pricing that protects profit
  • Boundaries that hold under pressure
  • Systems that replace burnout
  • Decision frameworks that remove guesswork

Today, KFU houses dozens of structured programs, pricing tools, and operational frameworks used by cleaning business owners across the country.

Not theory.
Not fluff.
Real-world enforcement.

The Work Today

My role is no longer to convince people they can succeed.

My role is to tell them:

  • What works
  • What doesn’t
  • What they’re tolerating that’s costing them money
  • And what systems should already exist

I focus on pricing, boundaries, and systems because those are the pressure points where businesses either stabilize — or collapse.
